CHRISTIAN STREIFF est devenu aujourd'hui Vice Président du Groupe SAFRAN.
Ouvert sur l’international, il a dirigé des équipes de direction en France, en Allemagne, aux Etats-Unis et en Italie. Il parle allemand, anglais et italien.

A partir de 1994, il rejoint la France et est successivement nommé :
- > 1996, Directeur général de St Gobain Emballage
- > 2000 Président de Pont-à-Mousson SA à Nancy
- > 2003 Président du pôle matériaux de hautes performances à Paris
- > 2005, Directeur général du Groupe St Gobain
En 2005 il est nommé Président d’Airbus.
En 2006 il rejoint le groupe PSA Peugeot Citroën SA en qualité de Président du Directoire.
En 2009, un grave accident de santé le contraint à quitter ses fonctions et à entreprendre une longue et ambitieuse expérience de reconstruction de soi.
Christian Streiff a publié 2 ouvrages : « Kriegspiel » en 2000 et « J’étais un homme pressé » en 2014.
Christian Streiff est marié et père de 3 enfants.
En 2016 CHRISTIAN STREIFF a été élu Président du Club Economique Franco-Allemand (CEFA) lors de l’AG du 17 Février. Il succède ainsi au Président fondateur, Francis Mer, ancien Ministre de l’Economie et des Finances, porté à la Présidence d’honneur du Club.
Le CEFA a été fondé en 2005 et est devenu l’un des plus influents clubs d’affaires dans la capitale avec plus de 350 membres, tous chefs d’entreprise ou cadres dirigeants d’entreprises françaises ou allemandes, principalement issues du secteur industriel.
« Aujourd’hui l’Europe arrive à un moment critique de son histoire, et la qualité des relations franco-allemandes est plus importante que jamais. Nous souhaitons y contribuer d’une manière
concrète en rapprochant les entreprises des deux côtés du Rhin, et en étant force de proposition vis-à-vis de nos deux gouvernements,
sur des sujets qui touchent directement la vie des entreprises, comme le syndicalisme ou l’apprentissage, mais aussi sur des sujets
comme la jeunesse, ou encore la recherche. », a déclaré Christian Streiff après son élection.
